question very quickly and early into your pregnancy.

Completely safe for both you and the baby, this non-invasive test screens your blood for tiny pieces of your
baby’s DNA.

Scientists discovered that a pregnant mum has small amounts of her baby’s DNA floating in her bloodstream.
The placenta releases this DNA into your blood. If your baby is a boy your blood will contain fragments of the
Ynchromosome. If no Ynchromosome is found then the baby is a girl.

What will your report tell you?

There are two possible outcomes: BOY or GIRL.

1) If Ynchromosome DNA is detected, the baby is a boy.
2) If no male DNA is detected, the baby is a girl.

This is an extremely sensitive and accurate screening test, but no nonninvasive test can determine sex with
absolute certainty. The test analyses DNA from the placenta, not the baby itself.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: It is advisable to only take the test once you reach 6 weeks pregnant.
The test is for curiosity purposes only and must not be used for gender selection

How the Process Works

1. Order and pay £105 for the Gender Reveal test.
2. Book an appointment with a phlebotomy provider (additional fee).
3. Receive the sampling kit by post with everything required.
4. Take the kit to your appointment for the blood draw.
5. The sample is securely packaged and posted back immediately.
6. Results are emailed once received and analysed by the laboratory.
